SIA Website

Read in the forum page today about another complaint regarding the SIA website. It has been more than one year since SIA's CEO apologized for the problems of their website. Even before that, it was many months before they finally admitted and apologized following mountains of complaints. I am a regular traveller with SIA and i am also extremely frustrated by the website. I like the many other travelers have given up complaining. Really, how difficult is it to fix a website? A real PR disaster for a branded 5 star airline.  Perhaps they are truly not sorry enough.
