Greatest Risk to Malaysia Property Price

I would say the greatest risk to malaysia's property prices in the short term could be the politics. This is a hot topic in Penang and it is also likely to become one in Johor. Property prices have risen by a few folds rapidly in the last few years and the politicians are likely to use this as a card to play. May want to be cautious before the elections.
